Brown Malt Dark Chocolate Bar

This collaboration with artist Harold Ancart led to a focus on the flavor of malted grains. Exploring the interesting texture and flavor of brown malt and finding it perfectly matched with white bean heirloom cacao chocolate. The adolescent brown malt with the cacao results in something extraordinary: sweet, bitter, crunchy & tangy; the malt flavor is maintained, even covered in chocolate.
