Gochugaru Chili Oil

Combining the bright heat of Gochugaru chili with warm notes of cinnamon and star anise, this infused algae oil offers a smooth, aromatic heat to enhance any dish. Developed in collaboration with Chef Daniel Humm, it's gently steeped with real spices over low heat, just as it’s done at Eleven Madison Park.

Ingredients: Culinary algae oil, Gochugaru Chili, Sichuan Peppercorn, Red Chili Flake, Caraway, Bay Leaf Dried, Star Anise, Clove,  Black Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick.
