Third Eye rings are U shaped (with a flat top), which makes them a bit more forgiving in the way they size.

S: 4-5, M: 6-7, L: 8-9

If you are in between sizes, we recommend you choose the smaller one, as this U shape leaves a bit of extra room and loose rings tend to get misshapen easier.

DIMENSIONS: overall dimensions vary between sizes, eye measures 19mm by 10mm.
